I still hate you-it used to be so fun to fight with you then start fighting with anyone else that came in-there was never any bias at all just good play time-then all this fuel basing shit came up-gay-no one needed to, especially you-you beasted all the damn time anyways

if ur really bench 335 damn. becuse I got into benching for awhile when we had a weight bench and benched for like 2 or 3 months and only got up to 245 pounds and im like 6'2" or 6'3" and almost 200 pounds. I was at a handicap though my only went to 245 lol. but now I could probably only get like 215 haven't benched in forever .... and how bigs u tragic

460 was my highest bench I also had a 350 seated behind the neck military I popped 365 the other day messing around and thats after not working out for more than 2 yrs

460 was prolly a good bench for ur weight...doin 365 prolly means ur really outta shape thats not even much above ur body weight :\

i havent benched in a bit but i did the other day and i got a ballin 180 rofl!

i squat like 240 and about 280 on really good days

dead lift i get about 360-400 depends if im pissed about something idk.

im a little fast i guess but ive grown 4 inches since august and my muscles aint catching up btw adam i almost dunked that basketball im white i got no ups so gfc. blah. yah i try:coffee:

5'10 bench 280-300 deadlift 500-600 idk about my waist im like 180-190 pounds
arms were ripped not so much atm but im doing okay...good for a 12 grade non football norrmaly messin around guy so what.
