dumb tournament. bunch of faggot and retarded deaths, but whatever. nothing new.

came in a minute late after doing a herb run on runescape and dominated the pph game. never left 1st pph when I got there pretty much immediately. :shrug:

EQ
I think I had around a 10 minute fill, not positive though. I was angry because I filled everything to about 40 before I finally got an ER, then I finished in like 2 minutes lol. I thought EQ was pretty well spaced out this time, I had one dry spell as captain where I was searching for a long time, but after that it was pretty solid for me.

Kills
I snagged lol when he was sergeant. Him and few teamies where killing a bot - I swooped in and with the help of a fellow computer we killed him with full shields LOL. The annoying part was that he followed me around after that shooting me and mining me in, saying "that was whack!". I forget the name of the LT I killed (stardash!), but I was stalking him for like 8 minutes, he seemed to be a common target - poor guy. In the end he had like 7 people shooting at him and I got him with a homing.

Random notes
- Sorry to a few players who were trying to PPH with me in a few screens - there was like 9 EQ boxes and I needed them bad.
- Good job to cranberry for a solid PPH tournament. I wonder how close we were in the end, guess we will never know

. I wondered why you were PPHing with me instead of going for a kill though in the last 5 minutes?!
- You reds nearly got me bottom right when I had 0 fuel, if one of you would have got mines down, I would have been finished. I was down to 43 shields.
- What happend to BF-2 at the beginning? far map?

I was on screen for most deaths in the last 10 minutes, and tried, just didn't get any lucky shots, just tried to keep shooting.

at one time I may have agree'ed with you when EXP showed. But now that EXP doesnt show...who cares? I may have been passed him anyways - no one will ever know :shrug:

You were 3rd corporal already by 6:40 in, so your fill must have been around 6 min. That's really fast, considering that you joined 1 min late, too. Did you have a ferry or something? I had a ferry in the top left lake and I still couldn't fill until 7:30 because I got very few radar boxes. Actually, seems like a lot of people had fast fills (average was probably 8 min or so) this time in Castles, compared to that horrible previous tourney in Appaloosa that took me 16+ min to fill

I got a 7:30 fill, fill-fighted bots up to sergeant, then using Kirby's strategies, I filled to 84-84-84-84-82 at sergeant (dropped like a rock to #20), but then I climbed slowly because I never had to touch radars again for the rest of the tourney. I thought that I had beasted pretty hard for the next 45 min, but I guess I still have a lot to learn about equipment management / PPH'ing. I couldn't find any steady guy to PPH with - I had a few short one-on-one with Blue Baron and VigiLance, but it felt like a lot of teleporting to someone, and then the guy either left already or he's wiggling around the screen picking up equipment :facepalm:

"sandy semen" looked low on shields from a shield fight, I gave it a try at 56 min, and realized it worked when I saw my red exp bar on the right reset to zero. But there was no way to cup given there were two majors already. Very kill-oriented tourney, just like Apps, because of newer guys like Cracki3, micool, etc. playing. Making high PPH captain just isn't enough then [sigh]

Congratulations to the cup winners, guys. I am getting better, but still yet to cup. I've gotten #4 captain, #6 captain multiple times, and my PPH is usually in the top 5 lieutenants now, if I don't get the sergeant kill...

I appreciate all the guides and advice from sean/987, Kirby, and BlueGhost, wardog, Megatron, etc.

I didn't have to bother with a ferry, about 3 minutes into my fill I got 3 radars then the next few screens I got minimum of 10-15 equipments each screen. I was set for a quick start.

Came in like a minute late, kind of got screwed by that. Ended up filling at the 11-12 minute mark, worst fill I have had in a long time.

Very shitty start and my computer did not hesitate to make me lag many times in the tournament. I had many screens where I was double shot and i simply could not move/shoot. It was esp hard for me to do anything when 3+ tanks were on my screen shooting. Knew I wouldn't cup this but tried to get a kill to see where I would end up as cap.

I think that, around 31-33 min, I ended up PPH'ing one-on-one with "The Revelation XV" and I was so thankful to finally find someone to get solid points with, that I actually said "thanks" :lol:

Then, of course, everyone else wanted a piece of him, and jumped in, and I couldn't find him again after that...

Yeah, we had a nice session going on there. There wasn't many moments when I was't being sniped from out of screen, so it was nice to get some 1vs1 in with you. You played a strong tournament, and with these kinds of showings - there is no doubt that you will be cupping very soon.

Thanks! :) I was trying to figure out for a while if you were playing, but nothing seemed obvious to me until you claimed #4 - then I realized it had Lance in the name lol I don't recall seeing you much, but I don't pay much attention to the same colour as me either. I usually don't lag to bad either, but in any screen with 5+ people - I am losing shots often. With guys like nachos, kirby & several others who have a ping of like 1, its not worth the risk. I try to avoid those situations if at all possible.

Sorry haha I havent played rs for about 6 years... i was an f2p bh junkie.. thats all i did. My bro and I hit #13 bh rogue and thats when they took bh away. My bro (copper) also used to stake a lot and had a few phats/elysian/divine,etc. (7b+ worth) but lost everything in stakes in just 3 days. :[ Funny i was about to meet up with someone to sell a purple phat to him for $500 like 3 or 4 years ago and my bro loses everything like a day before. I remember killing abberant spectres for slayer and picking up herbs... i dont think I got herbs anywhere else myself except for GE. Youre one of those few that seem to have stuck with it tho all these yrs, pretty crazy. Its good seeing you in tournies tho, if you have the slightest inclination of playing you shoujld def play.

Yea man i feel like my comp was like jump "waking up" cause I was late so I literally just woke my comp up and started playing instantly and that may have caused it to start all groggy/laggy. I just started off on the wrong foot, starting with coming in late. That usually messes up my fills too.

Also I didnt see too much of you because we were both orange. I was fighting an uphill battle from the start so i was barely in the top 10 when I finally made cap and jumped up to #4 out of nowhere. Hung around #10-14 for a while. But as usual, congrats! you had a great performance. I dont know how you always seem to get your kills haha.
