A proposition for King SW !
A $20 fee to transfer a special award from one tank to another on the same ccid that it was won on, So no transferring to someone else's account or anything.
This would not hurt anything. It would help the game because people could start new tanks to get another 100 hours for shiny sword. People like new things, it would give old players with specials new ambition to come back and start a new tank and beast 100-200 hours on them, Instead of those tanks with specials just sitting on their account because they ruined the tanks awards or stats. And this would bring abundances of money to tankpit to help with servers and what ever is needed for the New Beta client or even Tablet production. I thought of this because I have a tank with a dot sitting on it, But I don't want to play the tank because it has gold tank and 5-10 deaths on every color. And I want to start a fresh tank with New fresh awards. And with a dot on my new tank it would give me that needed drive to shiny in 2 weeks.
So how it would work:
- A $20 fee for SW to transfer 1 and only 1 Special award from one tank to another tank on the same CCID.
- It would be the same process as acquiring a name change.
- SW could even post it on the bulletin board if needed. X tank transferred
to Z tank.
- Can only ever be done once per CCID.
If it will make people who currently don't play come back and play, Why not?
More money for Tankpit and more players = Winning
Only people that wont like this idea is people who don't have specials...
Thoughts?

only thing i dont like is the 1 per ccid. I think it should just be $20 per award straight up, and whatever restrictions name changes have can also be applied.

I don't see why not since you can pay for everything else. I wouldn't be able to comprehend him saying no.

I see what you're saying Resilience.
However, if the op keeps people playing and you make money off it SW, why not.

This strikes me as a sort of "disguised duplication," a way to borrow specials from one's own tanks so that one wouldn't have to compete to win new specials again.
Meh, pretty much since im award banned and cant win anymore awards lol. I rly want one on my new tank. Id pay 100$ for my own DOT. lolol

it all comes down to one thing, what keeps players actively motivated and playing? Weve long since past the period where all accomplishments remain constant on whatever tank youve originally created. this fixation some older players have with staying in the loop of whos who and whos done what needs to be forgotten. Its no longer about the selfishness of what an individual thinks is best based on whats been the standard, its now about what keeps players motivated and continuing to play a game that by all standards shouldnt even exist today. If that means allowing players to transfer an award theyve already spent mass amounts of time winning than I feel like it should added into the game. Its not like the award is being duplicated, its being removed from one tank to another.

We went through an era in which there were no specials and people still loved to play during that time. I think that what people need to stick around, rather than all the fluff outside of the game (the community, specials, teams, etc) is a game that is actually fun to play. I think booming activity is what will help us all enjoy the game the way we used to, that is what keeps players "actively motivated and playing."

this is multiple levels to fundamentals the game requires to remain active and motivating for the players. specifically saying 'we need a better game' is a very vague way of saying the game is not enjoyable. everyone stems motivation from different areas, and for anyone to claim that one way is less important than another is just being selfish. If I get my motivation from winning awards and playing tanks with specials, than thats all I need to play. If you get your motivation from taking big raids, raiding real fast, winning multiple tournaments or moving down the leaderboard thats your choice. Im specifically saying, we need to increase the satisfaction you get from this game and decrease the what leads to players quitting. Every game offers a pay2play aspect, it was enables the game to thrive with funds and allows players to get added advantages and perks for supporting it. Almost every game you play, achievements you earn can be traded or swapped. Force feeding the idea that if you want something new you need to give up everything youve earned and start over is a slap in the face and will lead to players just up and leaving. Games need to cater to the playerbase, and this is tankpit not battlefield. we need to get over the preconceived notion that this game is going to remain constant and stagnant and instead embrace the changes that will bring more activity.
Like I said, selfish players will be against ideas to allow others to swap their awards and reclaim motivation. These players will put their personal beliefs that the game should remain the same and unchanged from the 90s over every other player who would easily put a few hundred hours in if given this option. thats what its about, activity not nostalgia. Motivation not familiarity. Who cares if you can no longer match a specific award set with a specific name.
