Should stats be reset?

This really sucks. I no lifed this game for 2 months to get on the true top 25 and now I have nothing to show for it. The envious and unreasonable side of me wants to vote to reset everything but that wouldn't be fair, at all, for those who worked so hard submitting entries for their special awards. I vote to reset stats and keep the special awards. Either way, I will be playing tp again. Though, I won't be playing nearly as much as I used too.

pretty much this tbh, even though starting from may would benefit my tank situation in a major way.

sunny just think of tp to october as something similar to utanks alpha. we all know where everyone ended up, but its time to move on.. and moving on is = to 2.0/fresh map, not may 5th or w.e

Restart Stats, All special awards should be returned to players who won them previously. Should be able to choose what tanks they go on (if they want that option). The sooner the better. I wont be playing till its been reset and things have been placed where they should be.

yeah reset stats. give players who won specials the options off which tanks to put them on, seeing as some people may have had specials on team tanks that are no irrelevant, or tanks they may have liked the name on before but no longer now.

also, start the map off as a volcano tiled map for the excitement imo ;)

This but if somebody won specials on different tanks...they shouldn't be able to move them to one tank imo. I think this would be unfair for making dream awards so easy for the people who did this.

Incase this is unclear here is what I mean:

TP Tank 1: lightbulb
TP Tank 2: DoT
New Tank: lightbulb, DoT.

This should not happen.

you do realize they won the awards though right? So basically what your saying is, for someone who wants to put all of THEIR own awards onto one tank, because you can only play one tank at a time, you want to say no? And your reason is itd be unfair for making 'dream' tanks? Cmon man this makes zero sense. they could have placed those awards on one tank when they won them, but didnt due to teams etc. so now you want someone to have a bunch of tanks with specials so they can sit and give no extra motivation to kick of tp2.0?

ye i mean they all still have the same number of awards won, that doesn't change. plus consider that everyone who may want bronze/silver cup has to recup without going over, so some people who care enough about dream awards would probably want them back but not placed on any of their tanks right away.

i kinda don't see the big deal tho knock.

Its not a big deal Knock, they won them fairly.. After a reset like this, putting all Special's on one tank would motivate that individual to play more most likely than having them on 2 different tanks.

if anything i think insisting on them staying split up would lead to certain tanks with specials being unused and basically being sunk costs

exactly. why force someone to have multiple tanks with specials when they obv can only play one. especially in a critical time where motivation may be lost, and having the option to put all of your specials on one tank or split one tanks specials to multiple could be a make or break for the game.

I was trolling with the no reset thing since its back to before I quit. But special awards should be allowed to be placed on any tank one wishes even the same one. Cups may have to be reearned also but needs MUCH more strict tournaments rules if what's his name and bluntz are allowed to play because they WILL cheat

I voted Yes - start clean, since I wanted a 100% fresh start for everyone. Though, upon reading threw everyone's post my opinion has changedand I now agree special awards should be kept. People spent a lot of time putting those together and all of them generally built the game to the a much greater state than without. For example, the awesome maps,write up guides, glitches that I have found that weren't fixed prior to May 6th. I plan on waiting til we know for sure what's going on with the game before I plan to go hulksmash with the hours like knock cock said.

Some of you guys are asking for way to much. Reset stats cups and awards sure if you can swing it. Lets not forget sw is just one person. The game is back so just enjoy playing it. When the stats are reset the fair facter lies in the bit where everyone starts fresh.

awards are fairly easy to keep though. Theres not that many awards handed out, and even less people who won the awards. for example, I won 7-8 awards in the 5 months i played. I know theres other people who won multiple awards also.
