When is this game active, which map is active and who is orange that can fill my equip?

My opinion after 20 minutes, meh the layout is annoying, some of the sounds like the dead tank fizzle are annoying and the graphics are flat out ugly. The game itsself though seems like it either is or was a good effort so congrats to those guys.

I would like to get involved in some battles before I gave any true opinions about the game so take what I say with a grain of salt.

either map can get active if people in the chat get motivated, but blitz is generally the more active map.


anyone serious about seeing what utanks has to offer should rank up a few tanks/colors to cap and try to get someone to get them in the ut blast chat


e/ and the ut blast chat needs to start taking advantage of times where there are 5-6+ people in there and just get in and take raids. sometimes it works, sometimes they're a little too apathetic

It really shouldn't take more than a few minutes to fill equip, even at recruit. This isn't tankpit where the fills are 20+ minutes :)

White Sands was packed with action yesterday.. Plan on doing it again today too, and yes Andy or whoever needs to fix the blast chat. It took him a while to add me in there and I know a few other people who want to be added as well.

Well get TeamSpeak up more regularly now since more ppl seem to have given utanks a shot.

Teamspeak made tankpit 10X more fun and entertaining when it was active (it was for 6/9 months of tp). Lots of good times getting to know players. Would definitely recommend it for people who haven't tried it and play utanks.

would you mind restickying the ts info in either forum? i managed to redownload today, and what steph said was right, tank games are impossible to play w/o ts :o

I know a lot of players disapprove of ts use though, mostly in tournaments which is completely understandable, but outside of tournaments it's an awesome program like skype that makes socializing easier and funner.

honestly hope phr33k doesn't rehost tp, just when utanks was starting to thrive again, the game still has its bugs, but those are being worked on. if players decide to go back to tp, i'll still respect your decision and pray your game doesn't go down yet again.

When I teleport to follow someone the map seems to lag is that normal? Also the color of the map is gray for a second. The map lagging forces me to hit the mouse click 2 or thee times before I actually teleport.
By lag I mean I teleport the map comes up instantly a gray shade, then changes to green, then you see the players tank move then after he moves then you can successfully click where you want to land.

The map comes up instantly but you still can't actually teleport until its your turn (when the screen is no longer gray).
