LB idea

Hey guys I submitted this for LB idea but I just wondered what the community thought about it, and whether it is actually nessisary.

It's basically a change in the way that idea's are submitted, reviewed and maybe even feedback. It would mean everyone could keep track of what they submitted as well as what was successful and allows us to share the idea or at least the format in which we sent it. It eliminated email addresses so you dont need to linger on your emails waiting for a reply lol. It also means that Dev's inboxes are not inundated with countless submissions, and with awards like PH it would give the ability to attach a file, the same way you would attach a CV to a website. One idea I'm thinking about is if you do win, do you get to choose what tank it goes on, but once decided its not changeable.
