Take a raid or don't raid others. Dont quit low, do not cheat in tournaments in any way shape or form, play off site do not be a pussy and take an unfair advantage over your fellow players. Respect is earned around these parts. Don't do things u wouldnt want to be done to you.
Most importantly, dont be a liquidfied!

A man who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing he cares more about than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature who has no chance of being free, unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.

lol, don't put peoples names in here no matter what kind of hatred you have towards them.
Don't re-enter tournies upon death without Armors/ERS/ the important items.
I was hoping this would be done eventually, but don't include names.
Upon this though I will include this rule: If you wish to be a part of our community then you must conform to our standards. If not, you should be subject to the banning and outcast from this here community.

ill have to agree with hays, there shouldnt be any names involved, if we want people to feel welcome it wont aid any in pointing out specific names no matter how heinous their crimes.
I think the idea of "conformity" is a bad idea to instate into the public. it makes us out to be dictators who put heads on the chopping block for any little thing. (which happens nonstop as well as for the right reasons most of the time). Regardless telling people they need to conform just will cause them to react negatively. I have an anti-authority complex in real life, when I'm told i can't or shouldn't do something im more prone to do it. Same goes for people in game.
Rather than feeding "conformity or ban!" ideals into players i think the word "standards" is more key, because the standards we have makes for a fun even based game play.
We cant make people do what we want or see fit and i think thats unfair, especially when there will eventually be more players in the future who are unaware of this community so they will undoubtedly be different style players. But the good and possibly bad thing about that is they will see a mentor on the field and model game play after one another. Which is how we all learned how to play correct? It boils down to who they want to follow.
Regardless of players who play unfairly or not, you have to admit they cause an adrenaline rush and evoke emotions rather than everyone playing the same exact way. Someone needs to stir the pot at times. Its good to keep things healthy like that, regardless of how much it pisses people off.
The best we can do is be welcoming and try to give better constructive criticism. I myself have been trying to keep the hate and fury out of my eyes and heart as of late.
2 pennies.

Everytime your tank gets deactivated you learn how to survive, by running away you aren't going to learn. Learn from your mistakes not your cowardliness.

Don't give FKs / die downs in tournaments.
Mobbing is lame.
Pretty much anything else goes.
Quitting low is not a sign of a good player, but it takes all kinds.

Pre Determine who your fk people are before the tournament
If you dont think u can q out fast enough, telley around for awhile til everyone is tired of going after you

before you go raging on the forum from something that happened 'in game', take a few/breather.. then come on and post and will probably come off more direct and to the point.. than raging.
i doubt anyone here likes to read rant/rage posts or threads, if you come off with a calm collected intelligent post.. i bet you'll get more feedback.

Also, don't sit at serg and snipe cols etc, that's lame. Rank up, get deactivated, whatever. Have fun and care less about # points per hour!

Tankpit code of conduct - by what's his name (DemolitioN, - WiKiD AmBiTiOnZ -)
The following is my code of conduct that I follow and feel everybody else should also. Please if I get anything wrong, miss anything out then correct me. I may see certain aspects of the game that should be played differently than the way you guys think. If people think that any of this is wrong then I will certainly change my ways but I have been taught this and followed this from the start.
(A Quick inb4 - Apart from when I played utanks)
I will edit this post once I am done, since this is going to take a while.

It's best to leave your E- ego elsewhere. Bringing it to the forum or the field just causes unnecessary bickering and drama. The cold hard truth is that there is a 98% chance that nobody cares what you've done. I've said it before and I sound like a broken record but reputation and integrity is built daily, not in a day. If you have a big ego, forget about what you did yesterday, and move forward to get better, because the minute you start thinking you have made it and you own, that's when your game starts going sour and people start hating you because you become arrogant.
This ties into remembering where you came from. Stay humble and people will like you and have respect for you and trust you. Maybe they will go so far as to care. When we have a bunch of people doing that, we will have more people coming around and a growing, competitive and sportsmanlike community. I have done my best to practice what I preach, and I like to see new players get better. The more competition, the more fun this game is for everybody.
