ya that's mine, should be interesting. not really sure what to expect. there are maybe 3-4 isolated lakes besides the big body of water. just hope there's ferries in each of them. i'd image it'd play out like apps or iceland. hopefully a little better.

I have high hopes for Atlantis. I love the layout...if it plays anything like I think it will, it's going to be a great regular and tourney map. Water maintenance should be relatively easy, and I love hopping over water and stuff taking raids. Looks right up my alley.

Iceland is great. It takes a lot of ferry play but the water is one giant lake and all easily accessible. It just has a few small ponds around the outer rim that are off limits. After a couple hours of ferry battles the land is primed for action that is difficult to match in any level. Of course the hydrophobic crew can dance around on land. If they just hopped in the water and helped clean it then the land would get better faster! 8/10

I like ice minus the color white. I just wanted to play something new. My guess is they are going to spread them out for a month to play this thing out.

I disagree with this if that's what they're doing. Too many new maps to test out to be putting up Iceland :clueless:

I almost bit the dust just now. I must have hopped 10 islands and found 200 fuel between all of them. Don't know how I managed to escape and not sure why the oranges let up. I would have died BR.

Idk what they base map decisions off of, it's definantly not activity. Prime time play the last few days has been 5-6 people. When it's desert or any other map you can fight on it's 15-20...

No map other than rox or desert has stayed up for longer than 2 days without being changed. Rox hasn't stayed up beyond a week. Only desert has stayed up for up to 3 weeks at a time. Yet there are still complaints virtually every time the map changes. I enjoy the changes in scenery. Stop crying.

False. Maze was up for a good 4-5 days? I remember because I got a lot of play time during that period.

yeah but you're one of the few players who will dedicate 5 hours a day to any map especially considering you play like a bitch and sit in water etc. Of course you love the change. Youd be most comfortable in a map 100% water with only two ferries, one for you and shingra.

The point of my post wasn't about how I dislike Iceland. It was about not having a new map up. I thought it was going to be a new map every night but then I pop on excited like a school boy on Christmas and find Iceland is up. Shit I will play whatevers up I just want to keep rolling with these new maps. Hope another new on is up tomorrow. :pacman:

ur right - i think they may have left castles up for about a week at some point too. Generally though the water maps get cycled off in 1-2 days. Ice and apps that is. And that one week long maze was the only time they've done that unless I'm mistaken. (since I started playing)
