The only thing I've noticed is people giving a ton of free kills, being water-babies, one-on-one fighting, blocking everything in the water except maybe two ferries (yeah, for more one-on-one fights!), and people playing like they're fucking Stephen Hawking in a triathlon. Isn't all this shit what killed the game the first time around? How can you guys find this entertaining? I understand the team fights can be fun and stuff, but what about when there isn't one happening? It's really sad, guys. If this was an eSport and you actually play for money by being the biggest faggot in the game and trying to get points, MAYBE I would reconsider.

but the most disgusting thing to me is the players who know better but choose to play like comeplete fuckasses, cheating, switching tanks to mob, the whole ITs okay if i do it, but not if someone else does it. and especially the IM NOT TAKING A RAID IF SO AND SO IS IN IT, or the IM NOT TAKING ANY MOBS TIL I GET TRIPLE STAR.

Idk if this is utanks fanboys way of trying to get people to play that game(which i doubt) or just a bunch of general noobs from battlefield who were scrub fags then that transcended the eras. This is so spot-on, I could cry. Even the .gifs and memes (or image macros, rather). I didn't really care to be involved with this particular section of the forum since I didn't play the game, but after hearing the overflow in GD about faggotry and stuff in Mod section I figured it's my job to check here too. After trying to clean up what I can (mostly frog's senseless bull shit, merging Kyle's posts, stuff like that) I decided to play a little bit. What a fucking nightmare. A lot of you guys act and play like the 12 year olds playing Call of Duty on Xbox Live. It's saddening.

It's a maturity/sportsmanship issue within this community. You can play the game seriously and competitively and still have fun at it if more of us take personal responsibility for our actions and words. It's a simple solution, really; if we all played like we want everyone else to play while we are in the game, giving action to get action, it would solve a lot of issues people have. The guys I've noticed play honorably and I choose not to focus on the rest. Newbs will newb, I can either be their example or their excuse. I know there are others who play that way, as well, and this community needs more people to step up and be a solution on the field at all times instead of bitching and moaning about it. This argument goes back to my anti Iceland post. I love how I insult the map and half you losers (lefty) are defending a map that pratically encourages faking. I've quit low a bunch but I've also died 14 times in 30 hours. In the old bf I would have gotten a battered before 14 deaths (no I didn't play like a pussy I was better than you) hence why I was interviewed by JoeBeta and he asked me to team up with his group. i've been swinging this way for a while now as well.


lately, it seems like every tournament i play in i find myself wondering if there will ever be one where the same people don't perpetually pull off sketchy shit. i've noticed that there is a cluster fuck of the same individuals out there who constantly make team tanks and end up luring free kills from their buddies,

or

2-3 people make troll tanks and proceed to deliver fks to random people. i'm not exactly sure about the philosophy pertaining to the latter approach, but i'm thinking some of these kids actually feel very important when they play a role in dictating the outcome of a tournament down the stretch. anyone else notice that there is always a cunt or two out there that is willing to re-enter multiple times at lieutenant with 12-15 minutes to go (after suffering an initial casualty) and die about 5 more times before the fucking tournament ends?

me personally, i've won a few tournaments from random die downs (obvious solo dumps, as well as die downs in mobs), and these cups don't feel anywhere near as rewarding as the cups i won where no bitch shit on behalf of someone else contributed to the cup. there is just something about outplaying your opponents legitimately that makes me want to continue to play tournaments, but lately about 80% of the kills come from intentional die downs which makes this shit absolutely irrelevant. i guess i miss the days where it was possible to stake out some random bulletin boarder and pull off a kill in a 2v1, and then get another kill in a mob where the individual who dies doesn't do it on purpose.



but yeah, as of late, ya'll have been putting on a pathetic demonstration around here. i might be making a permanent switch over to utanks after noticing that those people actually play with some sort of honor. would be nice to see some of you fellas play in that manner, but it appears to me that most of you would rather sacrifice your dignity, play like a bitch, and proceed to operate under the illusion that you just won something.

I couldnt stand to have a cup won on bullshit kills. It would drive me nuts seeing a cup on the tank knowing it was off something sketchy. Im proud to say all my cups, even though just 3 in tankpit were all on legitimate kills worked for. I wouldnt allow myself to cup if i were to get a depo or a fk, it just wouldn't feel right. There was one or two times in tournaments where tanks tried to let me kill them and i just teled away. I have a code of honor and morals on how i want to play, and i stick to them. Sad more people dont think this way, but i think its what sets me apart from most. Sunwolf makes a good point that tournaments should be more about respect than pixels, but everyone, like certain players think that pixels determine you better than another player even though you played sketch as fuck to cup.

I personally don't game anymore on PC, too many varibles, modifications, games are suppose to be fun and I am competitive in gaming, and enjoy playing games with others, winning or losing but knowingly I won or lost legitly without mods, or glitches. I know the console isn't perfect but out of the box it is equal as the next. I don't use modded controllers or anything extra. Online PC gaming isn't the same to me, why TP died years ago, different times now, chat ruined this type of game. Spending hours and hours with the same couple people or group, hitting each other until your empty gets boring quick. If this had a more unique or advance identifications system within this game to crack down on repeat offenders(cheaters), but that won't happen though, this is a hobby for the owner, and a push up for them and their resume in java programming. It is a game though, and suppose to be fun..sure... you enjoy it, back to real gaming.
