Let me try to put this into perspective.

Who do you respect on the field? Unless you are completely selfish I bet one of those people you respect takes plenty of raids. Now to the point.

Just to name a few, these are all people that take raids. There are plenty more people that take as well, the few I named are only examples. When people come in to the map these are the people they look for to fight. They look for these people because they know there is a good time and possibly a kill ahead. So when you play like lefty, amnesty, basedgod or whatever you are not only disrespecting the person attacking you but your disrespecting every single person that takes a raid fairly. How is that you ask? Because when I come on the field the first thing I do is hit (?) after I see this list I don't look for ranks, I look to see whose a taker and whose a runner/quitter. These people that are takers, constantly get singled out. Mean while the runners and quitters are to be left alone because its pointless unless you're 1v1ing for points with one of them.

I don't care how you play, whatever! I am a little upset tonight after all the low quitting and running I had to deal with so I am ranting. If this post does anything thing hopefully it opens a few eyes to the big picture. Your not only disrespecting the attacker but also the legit players that play by the unwritten rules. You make people like elegance get singled out when he enters the map. Whatever, fucking play the game like a damn pussy. Its a 2D tank game and you are scared to fucking die. The only person that thinks you own is you playing like that. Yeah, you are not supposed to make it easy on us but damn don't make it impossible either. Get brave take some damn risk. Its a game not real life, its supposed to be fun not a chore.

Yeah get defensive about a simple death. You said it your self you cant survive 4v1. Well you did a great job surviving 7v1 or whatever the fuck was on you tonight. Say this out loud and tell me how much sense it makes. "I survived 7v1" . Now your a colonel right? Think about the people you killed to get to that rank. Do you think they can survive 7v1? I'll say this one more time. I did what I had to do to survive. You continue to remain mad at the fact I did survive, even after I got owned so many times that you apparently lost track. When your sheilds are totalyl depleted, and the fuel on screen has been driven over by the raiders, what is the most logical thing to do? Reset the screen by goign to another one.

You wanna keep this going bring it on. It will just have to wait til I get done work tomorrow afternoon. :tehfunny:

Dont piss your pants lol. You needed to smoke because your nerves where a wreck from getting owned. We had you dead and you quit the game. No respectable player does that. Yeah you came back lol like 5 minutes later and no that doesnt make quitting in the middle of a raid ok. If you stayed in you would have died. We went half as hard when yoj re entered several minutes later. You know its next to impossible to pull random players back together to continue a raid from 5 minute's prior. Bottom line you only survived because you quit. Go be hapoy about that you fucking phony.

nameless don't even bother yourself with this petty bullshit, it's not worth the time. one thing i've learned is you can't expect 100% straight up "legit" play (from an ethical perspective) from anyone in this community, just accept the fact that even the most revered of the peasants will find their own ways to cheat the system. keep challenging yourself and playing hard, and you can take solace in the fact that your skill set will eventually be more diverse and elegant than the majority of these kids, and your cups and accolades will have come the right way.

when that day comes they will either be bowing or lying to themselves, and the sad thing is... it's pretty obvious that they know this, because they seem to be acting pretty fucking threatened at your every post - and have been for awhile now.

Sure does, personal time better spent.

The game needs rules to prevent bad game play/cheating. All other games I play have anti-cheating enforced. All "shooting/fighting" games I play are kill or be killed, that's why they are fun. Here, people are worshiped for pph and awards. The main problem is the players, some people just dont change.

the clinchers are what people do to get/maintain those awards, and how they have to play to get that pph... and its not like the pph is ever good enough to justify the bitchery, because truth be told there are only about 4-6 people in tankpit worth a fuck at acquiring points, and it's never the ones who could actually do work, instead its the shit-stain 2nd tier players.

read the thread. Hurley has taken 100+ raids on his tank and is no doubt trying to rank up for the first time in dozens of hours. He's also not on a team and therefore needs to work even harder for his rank. I think you can let a single instance like this slide considering hes been a huge asset in regards of others ranking off himself.

Amnesty plays legit. You play legit. I play legit. The players who need to be outcasted and attacked are the players who cheat. Theres quite a few of them in this community, and just as many people defending them. I'd say focus hate towards them. One thing is for sure, hurley is gonna die again, probably after he makes general.

Lol....you've chased me with BALANCE's serg for 2 hr periods on several occasions. I noticed that every time I leave you pretty much do too. But I don't. Because I find it so funny that you would waste hours of your time dedicated to just attempt to annoy me. Also, tankpit is neither strictly a shooter or fighting game. Nor is a hybrid of those two. It's a hybrid of over-head strategy and a shooter. No one is worshiped for pph or awards last I check. More like ridiculed unless they play "the right way."

And the only ones who do are 2nd rate....this game doesn't have that many players and in terms of raw skill we are mostly even. Sure some are a little better in certain situations and some are a little worse. For the most part we all know the name of the game is staying busy. Pick up little eq boxes and fire off dual shots. And wait, what? The pph has to be incredible to justify not having a death medal or something? You are actually encouraging making things worse with statements like that. You are the true Duc. Lets apply some actual logic to the situation. Sean thinks josh is one of the best players. When I played Vengeful Spirit in apps, josh thought I was sean. Josh played with me for a couple months in battlefield and has spent more time fighting me in tankpit than anyone save ShingRa and DasCondor. Josh thinks I'm an elite player with the flaw of just not taking enough raids. I think I read your whole post sean, but I already forgot most of it. You have an incredible ego, and that's all that is incredible about you.

Sylar: It was a comparison of mediocrity. If the only criteria for being "top tier" is taking raids, okay sure I'm not at the top. Not by ability, but by virtue of not taking enough of them for people to form an opinion of my raid taking skill. I consider most players to be relatively equal because that's what I see. It's not like anyone has bonus damage on their dual shot or a fuel bar larger than a generals. We've all spent enough time with the game to know how to play.

no amount of unofficial tagging stops my tank from having the most points. I decided I didn't care about the popularity contest this time around and went for #1. Sue me. Like I said I've got something in the works but I need 11 ranking kills and 30 hrs on lefty.

I already am above average in pph and tournament. I'm decent with raids with little practice. Like you said though, I hold my opinion above the collectives. Why wouldn't I? :rolleyes:
