Only read the 1st few posts then it turned into a discussion about quiting low.

It is not acceptable even if you freeze while being attacked... If you where not fighting or taking a raid then by all means quit and re-enter to break the freeze. If your being raided and freeze, just take the death ... Don't let this turn into the 'very bad' group of players in utanks that don't want death medal or its a 'PPH tank'. I !!!HATE!!! death awards, but I don't quit low and I already have battle, I think I have the most legit deaths unless Tugg has caught up. This makes me think why I have randomly been added to that quit low list of DES STROMS ... :\

I'd say quitting and re-entering immediately when you freeze is ok. Same thing if bots are lagging you to death.

Quitting low is usually thought of as quitting and not coming back immediately.

True sunny, but my reasons for being against this was people used it as an excuse to quit for a second, and can enter hammering map hot key, or could lie and say I can't get back in etc... Also when I have done this (in utanks) I would be moaned at although I came straight back, so now I just take the deaths. But we are talking about quiting low here, if your low and freeze then die, but if you freeze and miss a turn then by all means quit out and back in right away? I believe people will play on this and use it as an excuse to quit out.

Well until the bug is fixed where you can see people shooting you and you are still waiting I think that would be the only appropriate low quit. Given that you come right back in before they all tele away.

It is not a low quit to quit out and come RIGHT BACK IN. Alot of people do this because of lag and to avoid lag deaths.

True, I remember SW doing it alot when we tried to raid him in des on the sports cars and unfortunately cons. I had a good cons tank tho. Got to like 35 with about 275 hours. Lotta raids and wasted time :eating:
