Question to all Deadly Operationz
This is a question to all ops. I was just wondering if you guys knew what your Operation was all about. The only ones that I know about Operation Overlord which was Normandy and Desert Storm.
I just wanted to know if all you ops knew what your operation was about.

I dont care about it. I was just wondering cuz some ops have swords and have played a long time and if they were ever curious about what their name meant.

Thats why I like this team theme so much.. each name isn't just a name, it is a military operation that has mean't something historically in the past. I picked DESERT STORM personally because it is by far the most famous operation name and also DESERT went with the map obviously.
If I didn't care about historical significance.. then I woulda picked the most bad ass name I think.. GHOST ZONE.

lol. I remember eric showing me that huge list where you could find out what each operation meant. There were some pretty cool ones and others were kinda bizarre if I remember right.

BIG STICK Korean War plan to destroy the Communist supply complex based on Sibyon-ni, to advance the Eighth Army left flank to the Yesong River, and to regain Kaesong
BLACKCOCK World War II British 12 Corps operation to clear the German salient between the Meuse and Roer-Wurm Rivers from Roermond southward
BLOCKBUSTER World War II plan for Canadian II Corps offensive in the Calcar-Udem-Xanten area
If I ever join OPs (which I wont) I would like one of these.
