I need to know how many hours it should take to get below 6000 and 5900 at capt in des... And how many points those #'s r.

5900 at cap is high 100s. 6000 is really unnecissary because it means you're at lowest like #350.

Ok so how many hours does it take to get to 5900... I just need a rough estimate so I know if im doing good...

It takes as much time as it takes you to get that many points.
