if ur really bench 335 damn. becuse I got into benching for awhile when we had a weight bench and benched for like 2 or 3 months and only got up to 245 pounds and im like 6'2" or 6'3" and almost 200 pounds. I was at a handicap though my only went to 245 lol. but now I could probably only get like 215 haven't benched in forever .... and how bigs u tragic

460 was prolly a good bench for ur weight...doin 365 prolly means ur really outta shape thats not even much above ur body weight :\

5'10 bench 280-300 deadlift 500-600 idk about my waist im like 180-190 pounds
arms were ripped not so much atm but im doing okay...good for a 12 grade non football norrmaly messin around guy so what.
