Award Submissions This Quarter

I guess if people would like to put them in here, they can. I have taken a long break from submitting things. Decided the other day it'd be in my best interests and the games to share ideas.

1.) We should implement a way to see your past submissions. Also, when and if they are yet to be viewed would be a cool way to display them. Like the "profile" page would hold all of the ideas you submitted. On each idea it would say, "New" or "Viewed", If viewed it would say, "Accepted!" or "Declined."

2.) A payable map, say 20 for an hour, 25 for 2, 30 for 3 and onwards. The person paying can get up to 6 people in, max of 2 people getting in that many. It will be private with only the people who are gave to SW in a list being allowed to see it. It would be perfect for team fights, or in some cases, good pph... This map could be transferable to main map or not.

3.) A search bar on the bulletin board, for easy access on filtering everyones post to either your tank name or a select word.

4.) An all inclusive Top "25" list that could go 1 of 3 ways. List every player by their true rank, say Incontinent Beaver was a recruit, he'd still show up as the number one, and so forth down the line. and of course, There would be your number above the list for quick scrolling if you're a new tank.

Option 2 being that Every general was placed and it goes on until all of them are put forth.

Option 3 being it goes all generals, then all colonels, and then all majors, and so forth.

this idea is really good for newer players imo, due to them having EVERY DAY motivation. The long term grind doesnt appeal to everyone. Especially in a game they just find, knowing number 1 guy has 700+ hours.

I had more ideas, but cant remember them at the moment, however thats why I want idea number 1 implemented :P

Comments would be cool!

#4, that is horrible idea, ruins that felling of passing people when you rank up.

lol so every other game is flawed? if you step beyond 2D tank games you see extended leaderboards everywhere.

great*

Been brought up many times before and I don't see why a true top 25 isn't public. Could change the rankings in game to true rankings regardless of rank.

ya. i would like to be like #30 even as a major in game. it means you wont even need to dick around with ranks to figure out where your at

it would also give numbers like a bigger meaning. because you wont be able to hide what your number is and gives bigger respect to those who have good numbers

It'd motivate me to play a lot more if I knew what I was working towards. And I think most others too.

What if there was a hot key, similar to top color, that showed you the 5 people ahead of you and behind you for your rank. So even at say major, you know who you're working in to both pass and stay ahead of.

I like it, but I think the list is a must, and this is a luxury. The list would bring a newer, minute, change that could revolutionize people to grind day in and out.

Activity boost is endless.

I like this because I think it might be fun to build my own true top ∞

I have no idea why, but I've always kind of liked that we have to actually do work to figure out who's where

Somehow makes the top 100 more interesting to me

posted this as a lightbulb entry, although im probably sure somebody else has posted this before, but maybe not. can't hurt to try.

All newly created tanks should start out with 10 of every equipment across the board, so they can almost immediately see what's going on with how equipment works and have an easy time on the very first fill. This will allow them to jump right into the action if they're brave enough or to go and beat up on bots to practice using them and see how the game works.

Nobody truly new to the game wants to spend the first 10-20 minutes of a game doing nothing but driving around looking around for equipment, they will more than likely just close the browser. and veteran players don't want to spend this time filling a new tank either, they want to ride hard and fast. This will drastically cut down the first filling time for all new tanks and give them a fighting chance to see how the game works.

Starter equipment obviously does not apply to tournaments.
