The Idea is too simple but the idea can make the section of "Bulletin Board" to become more realistic.

At the moment this section of Web is too simple: everybody post owner message in the right section like "Team" "General" dcc.. but! If all message can be detected in a specifically part of world? I try to explain:

In the second and in the first world war, the war message has been send from a lot of country; my idea wanna realized that. We can make a big map where are shown the source of the messages; for example: mine message will be send from Italy and this can be find out with my UTC+1, for who live in UK the UTC is +0, San Francisco -9 ecc ecc.

Don't be change nothing about the messages system but we can try to realized a real concept of the War Correspondent, we can move own cursor on a City and we can find who live in this part of world. An other solution can be that we move own cursor over the name of the sender and a pop up can say to u where the message has been send.
