lower the wc and purple heart by 1 pixel

lower the wc and purple heart by 1 pixel

as the title says. back in bf the wc and ph were always in line with the triple star and dot. they sat 1 pixel lower than the cup. currently they sit the same height as the cup, which bothers me alot for some reason. when posting on the bfbb, the wc and ph show one pixel lower as they should. when posting on the forums, :dot: :goldcup: :ph: :wc: sit inline. hopefully we can get this updated. Not a huge deal but still something that messes with me everytime.

unfortunately yeah. Its just a minor but annoying thing that never got fixed last time I mentioned it.
