Map Refresh

Postby eldawg51 » Sun Nov 10, 2013 12:29 pm

How about a map refresh after each time one closes and a new one opens?

Pros: Ferries go back where they should be, <50 fuels get recirculated, mined off areas and locked waters are now accessible and taking raids will be more fun in my opinion.
Cons: ... can't think of any, really

Cons: ruins bases/planting mines, ruins fuel/EQ distribution of map based on least frequently accessed areas

I don't think that's an issue in TP SW. Too many faggots switching colors and destroying a few mines by moving obstacles and then switching back to their mains to finish destroying the base.

I like your idea elliot.

If the map were to come right back up in an hour or if it stayed up permanently, I could see this being an issue. If a map rotates in once every week or couple of weeks, what's the problem with refreshing it?

Explain how it would ruin the fuel/eq distribution? I'm not really following.
