Why can't we have that topic? Playersgonplaypractice, let them have their list. I'll edit it every time I see a post, no need for admin/mods so its not any extra work for you guys. It doesn't even need to be a sticky, if the topic dies then it dies.

Should we have Top 25 Practice Topic, yes or no?

No. Practice is meant to be a safe haven for new players to learn how to drive, get eq, teleport, etc. Experts should be completely discouraged from playing in it.

In fact, maybe Practice should be unavailable to anyone with more than X number of hours on their account.

Ok, no top 25 list on bfu.

I don't think you should kick people after x amount of hours though, some of us like to sit and kill bots some times. Practice in battlefield was a huge hit for newbs and vets, I guess no pressure to play to the high standards of the main map.

Let me have my bot killing pass time.

People may begin to compete to see who can get to the best number in X hours of playing in the map

I hope everyone quits the main map and plays practice. This game needs a map where you're not getting raided all day.

Speaking of that, I'm thinking of starting a new team, need 15 others.

if he didnt a majority of people would just try to get their swords and such in there as opposed to time on a real map dizzle

I love how its just 1 set map, love that there is no drama when I just want to kill bots. Maps even more fun when nobody else is in. That's right I'd like 0 activity over the small pph group activity any day!

i wish this map was up when i started TP, would have never made my way into the main map.

K.. Practice has always been a home to some serious noobies who just like seeing themselves have a number up there you know... Like Killer.. From bf.. Anyone remember that guy? Had like 1000 hours in practice and was always in first.. Wasnt good at the game, but no one played practice to beat him cause they respected a nig.. you know?


Now the pro Killer comes back... And its just like :S.. We gotta pass this practice pro.. EVERYONE IN PRAC! NOW!

I guess since this is now in an idea's forum, I should try to convince people why a top 25 list / top 10 lists should be added.

New players should get to experience the FULL game, lists included. It gives them something to aim for. Every player in every game with top ranking lists aims or dreams to one day be on one of those lists.

I know other players such as killer and myself are playing practice as a main map, for myself this isn't to get an easy spot on a top 10 list, I couldn't care about #'s as you all know. I would still play this game is there was no #'s or top 25 lists. I play it simply because I can relax, kill a few bots, enjoy the game as a pass time instead of all the drama that comes with the main map.

I love how its just 1 map and a good map. None of this waking up to play and finding iceland/metro/apps and not wanting to play.

Top 10 lists worked in battlefield, there was nothing wrong with how they ran practice. I feel it should be run the same here.

SW is trying to make players stay out of practice because it should be a safe haven for newbs, well its also a safe haven for us vets. We kill bots, its not like we call on every player that enters the game. Yes a little fun is had by attacking each other randomly when low to catch each other off guard but its harmless fun.

Also, as a newb I always looked up to players and tried to copy their play style. Practice needs players like killer, myself, who ever else is playing it so newbs can watch how some of the more experienced players play.

Edit: oops, almost forgot, it was ben and his DTT's that gave us practice top 10 lists, not battlefield its self.

Sw, you should just remove the numbers in practice. See how many people play practice just to "kill bots" then.

Its ok, certain members of the community have decided to use webs.com to keep a top 25 list.

Take #'s and lists out of the whole game, i'll still play.

- Top 25 list = pro players beasting in practice.

- Pro players beasting in practice = legitimate noobs getting owned in a supposed "safe zone"

- Legitimate noobs getting owned in a supposed "safe zone" = practice map pointless

I think this should be the general consensus - leave other people alone unless they are obviously pros, or they attack you.. People agreeing to this is only half the battle though. Chumps like BLUNTZ will kill noobs just to troll, so I dunno, maybe a time limit in the map is a good choice.

you guys are so weird. the whole point of practice is to have a fun time screwing around and learning random things about the game. noobs need to learn how to fill, how to die and get eq again, and that you gain ranks when you fight people. if its a bunch of spursallday chilling in there no one will ever learn anything.

Lets just leave it as it is. I only attack bot/players I know.

Top 10 now, don't know if it's official though.

theres no difference. waste time in the main map,or waste time in a practice map. I find it hilarious how paranoid everyone is over this practice map, im rooting for it to take over and the main map can just be the same guys raiding and bitching about each other.

The way SW has bots set up, they are a lot more intimidating and damaging than they were in Battlefield lol.. Its like they are on steroids or using some PED.

QFT. I find it hilarious how people hate on other players for getting to the top 25 in practice. Get over it, no one actually proves anything by making the top 25 in the "seasoned vets main map" besides the fact that they are willing to log more hours than most players. The practice map is no different, quit crying about it. Kind of ironic that the Revelation is hating on the practice map, aren't you one of the top 5?

erock you beast son! Practice is played by players for fun, its somewhere to chill/mess around with each other. No strict community ethics and people crying because you could of shot 1 more time before you moved etc..

Its not just a safe haven for newbies, its a safe haven for all players.

# means nothing in ANY map. Just proves you have shot more/played more than others. I don't care about # or all 1000+ of my hours would of been on krusty and I would of been miles ahead as #1.

there shouldnt be a top 10 for this map ingame because its supposed to be a place where noobs learn the game. if people started playing the map as often as desert like jordan and all those who vote yes want then the point of this practice map is 100% pointless seeing as noobs would get mobbed or bullied as usual and sw should have just added a 2nd map instead
