Dual shots

Why haven't we allowed dual shots to be shot at mines ?
Its annoying as a low rank to only damage a set of mines. Why don't we allow dual shots for mines as well. Ofc this idea is not going to change the game entirely but it makes no sense you can just shoot a single shot at a mine. Very basic idea..
