Switching colors w/out the time delay

Nuff said. I've done this accidentally too many times on html (for some reason) and I really don't know what purpose the time delay that you have to wait out to switch back serves anymore if it ever even did.

I think it has to do with the site sometimes displaying your name in a different color than your current tank. If you normally play orange and your name is orange, it might not register it if you decide to switch red for a sec. And so next time you go in and see your name in orange, the game still has it red.

I see, but I feel like sometimes I click and registers the color above accidentally and I end up entering as a recruit in said color with no stats. Typically, I have to wait out the 5 mins when this happens to re-correct the error and play as my main color. You seem more knowledgable about this than me though. I was just wondering if anyone else was experiencing this issue with html5 besides warrior and me.

its to prevent the ability to switch colors quickly to continue playing the same tank, either to avoid a raid or join in on one. If anything I think once you pick a color it cant be changed (without the pay2color change option)

These are my thoughts on it as well.

I think if players could switch colors without delay more people would play on multiple colors, and there'd be more color flippin'.
