Decoys?

I cannot recall if this has been discussed or not...

Since we all agree that missiles serve ultimately no purpose, and it seems to be a fairly heavy "raid and be raided" ideology for this community, why not replace them with decoys.

when a decoy is deployed, it shows a "mirage tank" for 3-5 seconds? It will "shoot" but not do any damage, and players whom shoot at it simply see, " tank name fires..."

Obviously wouldn't want anyone to have a whole lot of these, but the 5 general, 4 colonel, 3 major, 2 captain, and 1 luit - recruit method would seem to suffice.

Could also throw in a new game message... "Its A Decoy!"

Thoughts?

i kind of like this idea and i hate most ideas.

it should be a dummy that just sits there and does nothing for 5 seconds then disappears after that time or if its shot at

tbh thats probably a hell of a lot easier to do. would just have to make sure name and awards are shown with you cursor it.

Ha if someone wanted to have a shiner party and no one was on, they could have their own group.

Jokes aside I think it'd add a interesting new twist to the game.

Nifty idea!

Will never happen as its to far "out there". But none the less a cool idea that would increase challenge.
