kill cam
basically inspired by spec mode but with a slight deviation
if a player dies they should have the option to re-watch the way they got killed from the perspective of the person who killed them. maybe like the final 30 seconds (or w.e. amount of time) that led up to their death. this would allow players to see what they did wrong and how they died but see it from the enemy's point of view.
thoughts?

replaying in game videos would for sure take up a lot of resources
however i think that the death screen in general need some revamping. i have been trying to come up with a better gif for it.

nah
its classic and legendary at this point. the infamous red screen that makes your shoulders drop and yell "fuck!" at nobody in particular needs to remain.

My favorite part is the crashing piano sound
You don't need a kill cam to see what you did wrong. I would change this into having an in game record option watch everything back from diff angles for entertainment. Furthermore it would be easier to make vids for new players to learn how it's done.

I was thinking about how the red screen of death could be made a bit transparent so that one could see what is going on around their dead tank as they wait. The sound of the action could be muted, but it would be neat to watch what's going on while the bar fills.
Not sure what (if any) benefit that serves though. It would just be cool.

This is possible and an interesting idea. It would require a fair amount of work to implement it. Not completely sure how it would tie in with / replace the current death screen.
