I got looking at some of my old tournament results. This one is from April 14, 2013. Look at all those majors in a one hour tournament!!! We are barely getting that many captains since all the free kills and cheating has been eradicated.

To your point - in Jul 20th 2014 Rocks & Swamp, we had only two captains, allowing Sandy Bridge (highest PPH lieutenant) to cup bronze:

Fun fact: I got Gold in both of the aforementioned tourneys. :hah:

Also, that Des tourney had the most fk/die downs I have ever seen by a long shot, so it wasn't a random occurrence.
