i think an above average knowledgeable tournament player should have around 20% atleast in this period. with the average player probably being around 12-13% and the best players being like 30%+. kyle had about 31% with like 27 cups on his one ccid (deleted the tanks a couple times) which to me seemed really high but understandable.

if the game were to pick up in activity and alot of players who had left returned i think the above average numbers would be bumped to about 15% with the best players being around 22-25% still. of course best means maybe 2-4 guys who are more consistent and stronger in all aspects. example for bf would be g9/sean/knock and then last year or year and a half would be pp/nas/sylarmac. utanks being sean, matooa and zub/evolv. tankpit being sean (still) kyle, cujo. tankpit2 would probably just be lancehead at this moment.

Jordan, you are probably correct in your win percentage speculations. I wouldn't be surprised if my ratio is beat by at least one person though considering I wasn't an up and running tourney threat (well I would a little bit, but its definitely possible). It took me like 16 tournaments for my first cup, and it was bronze. In fact, I think my first 10 cups included 7 of my 8 bronze cups. My current ratio is 33.0% on my ccid. If you count the gold cup I won for expealladocious as well, I would be 33.7% for tourneys cupped to tourneys played. If I am not beat after seeing a few responses, I will post a screenshot here later to submit to this thread.

I would be interested to see rev, wiz, nachos, homer, duy, and beaver's ratios out of curiosity though. :afro:

*it says 16. but 6 of those tourneys i literally did not compete in.

many close calls on haktang now that im thinking about it

Of note, 8 for the last 22 = 36.4%...means I'm still improving :)
