Wrecked the pph game but to no avail. Thanks to simple jack blocking my shot on ABI like 3 times, I avoided a gold cup. Dick move my friend, dick move... :poker:

Congratulations JDK!

I came back from brunch with some friends and I couldn't get home in time, so I joined this one 6 min late. Basictonalvocabulary, Ninjabread Man, and ABI made lieutenant by the time that I was wrapping up my recruit fill / filling my last radars.
#11 - Obsidian

Seems like a very kill-based game, with very few newbies to hunt down (and very few players in general). Those who could manage sergeant/lieutenant kills got a cup, basically. ABI got deactivated twice, so that explains 2 out of the 4 captains in this tournament. I couldn't get a clean shot at him because people kept mobbing him / jumping in front of me

VigiLance dominated in points again, as usual. Typical wizardry :bowrofl:

You weren't guaranteed that kill anyways... I just reduced your odds of getting it.

The guy was my color and you were in front of me in points. That was a chess move on my part.

6 bots placed in this tourny? Half the top 25 were Corporal? That is some-what lackluster. Is it usually like that, or? You'd have figured Des would be more popular. On that note, I should play a few tournys in the future for fun... I bet my rusty ass could probably cup still! :mrgreen:

(And by no means am I implying any less morale to the cup winners, congratulations on your wins!)

I just noticed all of the bots. Must have been a bad time for people to play with all the world cup games going on.

Yeah that's true. And perhaps the time; 10:00am Pacific is a tad early for some I imagine, and it is also the time when most people are running errands.

It may be strategy yes, nonetheless a douche move. TO be honest though, my chance of killing in those situations are generally pretty high... for some reason or another.

Hopefully you will have a cup taken from you in a similar manner, and feel the frustration. I want you to do what you want though, but I personally do not advocate such behavior unless someone actually deserved it.

Nah, that's a completely acceptable move and I wouldn't care if an opponent had the mental awareness to pull it on me in the spur of the moment. All you had to do was move right up next to him. :shrug:

Yea, of course I could say that in retrospect. Of course its acceptable just like many other things that can be considered annoying, I just didn't think you'd be that big of a dick is all... :hmmm:
