10 minute fill on land (Spent 57 minutes of this tournament on land) Was 9th when I made corporal, two of which did not fill. concluded early on that kills were going to be sparse due to only 20 players. Found some random fights, got micools sergeant on homings after chasing him around the map. Struggled with EQ around the 25 minute marker, wasted some time looking for a ferry - but succeeded in finding one and filled all my eq to max . Got a gang kill on a Slavicwarriors LT right after theboss got his kill for major.

My favorite though was the finish. Around the 46 minute mark theboss made major about 3k before me. I figured it was going to come down to EQ managment, so I made major and took 4-5 minutes to do a complete fill which left me with 10 minutes to use 108 duals (+ whatever I picked up along the way). Beasted my way through the duals, picking up some along the way and sure enough theboss must have run out and I made my pass on him at the 59 minute marker. I still had 25 duals so I knew I had it in the bag at this point. Exciting finish :)

A few brain notes...

- Zero gravity had an amazing fill for apps, it was something like 6-7 minutes. Spent to much time in water PPHing though.
- Negotiator X had a strong tournament considering it was played all on land, he got beat out last minute by gravities kill. (seemed like a lot of moaning about that kill)
- lightspeed lime was playing very strong also, I think a few of us caught him low on fuel.

Thought I had gold there but I did run out of duals in the last min. Does anyone keep getting unnecessary ERs? With 5 mins left i found 4 bags of eq and they were all ERs! If those were duals I think I would have hung on to gold. I also probably should have turned on homers in the last 5 min since those homers could have been the difference in the end but i was hoping to find some duals. With 30 secs left i was #1 again but I was scrambling for fuel and Rev passed me again. I usually suck in apps and I think I played pretty well considering it was all land. As usual there weren't very many players in apps so I spent most of my time fighting bots so that wasn't very fun tbh. Gratz to Rev!

Negotiator X

Had a 12 min fill Pphed to number 4 before becoming number 1 cap filled and fought missed both LT kills for major. Killed Eisenhower for cap I think. Fun tourney ran out of duals in last 2 minutes but I wasn't gonna beat Jays Pph anyways. Had around 80k as a cap.

Horrible 17 min fill, and considering that I spent more than a quarter of the tourney trying to get 60-60-60-60-55, I'd say the result isn't that bad.

Exhausted by getting kills jacked from me, though. I worked on xXxBIGBADDOGxXX for like 10+ min, depleted my duals into the single digits, wasted like 15 extra radars, and then Zero Gravity TPH jumps in for 20 seconds, and jacks the kill from me. So whatever, I said "congrats" and kept going. Then I worked on "spyros returns" (red sergeant), and guys kept jumping in to PPH with me and I was thinking, "Isn't it obvious that I am trying to land a kill, come on, give me 3 min and I'll PPH with you!"
