No need for anybody else to jump in, I am addressing seb only.

#1. I am not co-leader or ever claimed to be co-leader of the simpsons. If I was offered the spot I would turn it down. I will like to forever remain at the bottom of the list and just a member.

#2. 7 day ban was cut down to 3/4 days even though I didn't ask to be un-banned.

#3. You said I would get another week of vacation if I gave you a bullshit justification. I told you what happened on facebook chat. "I was 1v1 with B L A S T O I S E, I am waiting for that orange to make serg all tourn. I am fighting B L A S T O I C E who is close to me in exp so I decide to leave him to get ahead. I hit map, look bottom left and see you and the orange very close together, I assume you have the same idea as me and waiting for him to make serg. I tele right down there and shoot you for points while waiting for him to rank. You ran away (didn't know why at the time) so I shot the odd single at the courp saving around 20 duels for the kill. He made serg and it was a couple of screens and 1 fuel steal before I got the kill. - You got mad and banned me simply because the orange guy couldn't make serg all tourn then at the end he did and I got the kill. Did you see him die previously? Watch hunters vid, he couldn't make serg because people killed him before he made it. - I later found out from you that you had been 1v1ing or 2v1ing for a while, used up your shields so when I tried to fight you, you had to run for some equipment. That is when the kill happened. To you it looked like you spotted us to bottom left when in fact it was me who seen you both bottom left and I came to investigate and get the kill myself, hoping you would stick around for some pp first. (Not bullshit so I didn't get an extra 7 days and you know this.)

You was so quick to jump to conclusions and I honestly thought better of you. Seems you went on a power trip because you was mad about the outcome of the tournament.

#5. "Legit what's his name tho" - Yes, i've played nothing but legit and will continue to do so even with people like you not believing in me. I have a group of players who I class as friends. I don't need everybody to like me, gotta have some haters I guess.

I won't take a kill if somebody purposely comes to me 1v1 and tries to die. If I see them trying to die to somebody else then I WILL shoot to kill. If I see other people shooting a tank on screen and them not shooting back I WILL shoot to kill. I am stealing the die down then, not taking it myself.

This time the guy had no equipment and was trying to fight back and get fuel. It seemed he tried his best to stay alive, probably having some fun knowing they couldn't win or something. (Probably somebody who doesn't want to own up because of the shit it caused)

Now nachos, after our little PM discussion I thought we was past taking shots at each other ... it doesn't mean I stop and you continue, it means we both stop with the shit. You know how I feel about been accused and if I cheated I think I would of done a hell of a lot better.

Cheating was never fun for me, annoying the community, really getting to the people I disliked at the time was the fun part. The cups never meant anything to me. (Look at the stupid names I won them on "u mad nachos" etc..." ) I have no reason to ruin the game, no reason to cheat, no reason to do anything bad because I don't "dislike/hate" any player who plays the game. SW warned me via email in tankpit v1 about the cheating, you think I would risk it all again? Hey SW, feel free in any spare time you have to check the logs or who I shot and killed in each tournament or give somebody else the power to do so and if I have been cheating perm ban me from the WHOLE game. That's because I know for a I have played every second of every min, of every hour, of every day, of every week, of every month legit in tp2.0.

I have been recording every tournament for the past 2-3 times, this one the recording stopped after 10 mins because I was sick of the lag and way behind. I was surprised when I actually caught up and won a cup. I wish I just stuck it out so I could blow everybody's accusations up, shame I can't. Every tourn from now on though will be recorded and I dare people to accuse me, it seems it's the same people who "want" me to fail. The same people who don't care that I have won 13 legit cups, been one of the highest rated players on the props thread. Rated one of the best players of today by some people. They just care about trying to put me down and with a past like mine its not hard. Please grow up, and let me play how I have been playing.

I wasn't there but this was brought to my attention via Facebook what's his name. I have good faith with Seb's judgement when it comes to coincidences, which in your case is unfortunate. I'm not calling you a cheater, again I wasn't present to know the circumstances to what actually happened. However like Seb said, its hard to believe die downs in your case are just a coincidence. So whatever he laid out as the result punishment, I will back him 100%.

You should know these days if you kill someone in a fishy situation, you are going to get bitched at every time. That should be a no brain'er by now.
