I don't know what SW set as your bale out. But I think it should be set at no less then $200.00. Because you, and you alone have been such a pain in his neck. You charge back on a awesome feature to be able to change your tank name? and have the audacity to think its not going to have consequences? If he considered $200.00 it would be like a gift for you, because most developers would just say,

So people can flip back their name change if they get bored of it, by reverting payment? I don't like that idea. That sounds like a lot of extra work for me.

Actually in BLUNTZ's case I did change his name back to what he wanted under the promise that he'd rectify the payment at the end of the week.

That never happened of course.

So the question is... Why should I keep someone around who does nothing but generate negativity and problems for me, even once he's been given the benefit of the doubt several times where he didn't deserve it?

Maybe that's your ideal of an impartial ruler, but reality always diverges from that ideal at some point. It usually diverges quicker the smaller the organization/structure is because they can't afford as much overhead.
