Please clarify

If im not wrong the tourney was down again.. Now i understand the amount of players were more then the first tourney which SW wiped out all cups. But im just wondering why he wiped out the first cups and not this one.

P.S if its so easy to wipe off cups why is it so hard to put back awards ? ( I don't even have a special award and its bothering me)
