is this true? I feel like the lack of promotions points was more of a selfish move on sunwolfs part to try and micro manage the players motivations for playing. Without promotion points the game is pretty dull unless your general, as playing an hour essentially leaves you with nothing new to show.

People who are about number/rank are gonna continue babying it with or without promotion points being shown.
