What is blast chat and how do I use it?

Would like to be able to talk to people while playing, and I assume that is what it allows you to do? I have never been familiar with AIM and things similar. Help me :)

its on aim, and you click the blast chat link on the top right of the forum.

Is it joining me into a chat group or something? It asked me to join a group. So I joined the group. How do I see people that are on it.

I saw it said one username pending to join the BFUnity Blast Chat, I added you about an hour ago. Just type in the BFUnity blast chat (that should now be on your buddy list) to talk to other people. Let me know if you have any other problems.
