These ratings are based off of the rating thread in World section as I wanted to see the totals of each tank on ratings alone. Each tank will have their own chance to make it on either list as this will not be based on per person but on each tank on their own by each persons observation.

I went back as far as mid August to get a base start on all ratings and will start from the 10th of Oct forward to keep it updated as often as possible, just list the tank name as I dont know tanks by just usernames.
Each time that a tank is mentioned in ratings thread that said tank will get a plus 1 or minus 1 in this thread.

I am not too accurate on alot of the dodgers list as I dont know some tanks or remember their awards.

EDIT: Remember that I based it off of their tank name being mentioned and gave them a point even if they got +5 or minus 5 in ratings they still only got one point to help it from being skewed.
