Goals.

We should all start posting our goals for our tanks.

Examples:
Weekly hour goal
Weekly pp goal
Award goal

These should all be things we are constantly trying to improve and get done. The Aliens and Jets are trying to pass us in hours. Theyre all pretty far behind, but we need to make sure they do not pass us.

Everyone needs to also start checking the opz section more often. Posting screen shots, stats, shoot the shit, whatever.

Get more active, and get more involved.

Sr is making a new ops site pretty soon, as well as playing his tank and getting closer to that long awaited rusty. Lets get the shit rolling guys.

End of this week I want to have 70 hours.
