I've never messed with mouse settings whatever has been default on my last 10 cpu's, not sure about bf but it seems like in tankpit id have to put the cursor a pixel below where i wanted to land.

You obviously dont want the settings to be to fast because their is no need considering most the time you are making very small mouse movements so a slower setting will allow for more accuracy. I think its all about feel and preference.
I have heard that at certain screen size settings the game can glitch making you land a pixel off. Someone told me that at 130% game screen size you can click the fuel and end up a pixel off. Personally I don't believe that at all. This game is pixel for pixel and you could easily click a pixel off trying to land on that fuel. To stay safe keep your screen sizes in even increments like 150% or 200%.

default screen size. along with a mouse which works well for raping newbs on starcraft 2 or cs

I play with 150% screen size and I always have my mouse on a very low sensitivity (all the time, not just for tp). I find if I have high mouse sensitivity, I'm always overshooting simple clicks, even with just surfing the web. I like having low sensitivity personally. Low sensitivity = more accuracy and for me, it doesn't mean a slower reaction time.

Thanks guys, i lowered my mouse speed and i am playing at 150, and my gameplay improved as a result, getting the fuels on point most times now :D

Or need your glasses or contacts.

I play on maximum windows mouse sensitivity and a 5600dpi mouse. A standard is 800, for reference. I do have acceleration turned on though, so it's slower for small movements. It's excellent for gaming, but not so much very long range sniping/TankPit.
