i'm really trying to play and give this a chance here, but its pretty fucking terrible. not to mention the 2 or 3 people i've run into on speeder in only about 20-30 minutes

Sure there are always going to be noobs but I've seen some people take some great raids. And usually there are at least 2 colors that have a significant amount of players.

yeah basically I see players who have 4 over every tank and just switch between whomever is mobbing, its pretty sad. Leaves the noobs with high ranks and keeps the legit players down.

Queuing a really long move with the intent of lagging people.

Since the game is turn-based and not real time, if you queue a long drive past someone getting shot but outside the screen of the person shooting, your move doesn't affect the person shooting who can keep shooting at an unaltered, constant rate (say 1 shot per second). However, the person whose screen you're driving through loses a number of turns equal to the amount of time your driving consumes. Then, to catch up all the turns, the person getting shot gets hit with all of the missed shots all at once without being able to react to them.

Only option to counter-act this is quitting the map and re-entering, as quitting supersedes all other actions except those that are already in progress.

yeah really i mean i know you already took the raid twice 987 and because of your skill set and all i give you the benefit of the doubt if you are seeing something that you consider cheating, but quitting low is just as bad. like i said if you are seeing something that we are not then by all means call someone out for it and get that DOT.

That's probably the best description of that term I've ever read haha.

I think that is happening a lot simply because there are people playing their solo tanks. No real communication and coordination in raids atm. It was like that in BF when a bunch of people just circle jerked each other and called it a raid.

And you should PM me the people you think are on speeder because I have few I think are on it as well.

tbh i quit out because i thought i was dead, was surprised i was lieutenant at the map screen when i switched back to that tank.

entered and tried to hit "do your worst" but you had already killed me lolol



probably gonna take raids just like everyone else from now on (if i even play this), play with the biggest margins of error that would fall under "acceptable" and see if dumbfucks say shit like "good job, that was a great take!" and maybe brb for armors too

People get random double shots and double moves, your game may lag or freeze for a second and the other person hasn't froze therefore they do 2-3 moves in a row why your game catches up. I am sure there is something in place to kick speeders I've got a double move once before and was kicked back to the map selection screen I'm on a 2.8kbps connection so if I get a random double shot people with good computers and Internet may seem like there on speeder because they will double shoot/move quite a lot more often.

There was a red recruit tank named Movelongallday (or something like that). When i was taking a raid from blue. I got lagged and had to sit and wait until he finishes the move, then PoooPoooo or whatever hits me with three consecutive shots. So what wardog said was correct.

Its already been mentioned but all I suggest is report all these players, especially the recruits who are purposely made to do this. Some of the n00bs, or less respectable players will use this as a tactic. You could report them but I doubt much will be done as it is a tactic, but new tanks being made to ruin the game play and the fun for others may have accounts banned and eventually banned all together if they do stupid stuff like that. Somebody should make a email template where you can just fill it in and send it enough reports of the same people doing this would probably result in some action.

When I see someone intentionally long moving me when I'm being raided I either just bail out and run or quit all together. I'm not going to take miserable game play like that and basically give away a kill. I know there are times where I've been in a raid on someone and started shooting that one dickhead because it's such an unfair move.

Yeah hope so. I was fine taking the purple raid, but all of sudden things just seemed to speed up for me. People moving around while i waited and got shot at. Shield went from 50 to 0 in like two teleports. Whenever i finally teleported, he shows up right after and mines. I got torched fast. If they are just that good with timing, then kudos to the raiders.
