I guess that I'll just hijack this topic to make my introduction!

I started playing Apps in the summer of 2001 and played off and on again for a few years. I played mostly as Dictator (red) and then later on as swirly3 (blue). I was pretty much a noob the entire time that I played, so I doubt that anybody remembers me.

Battlefield was my first online multiplayer experience, and I have a lot of good memories from it. I randomly discovered the Wikipedia article on UTanks earlier this month, which led me to Tankpit. I've been playing a bit under the name JESUS IS THE LORD (purple), but I still play like a noob, so watch out. After lurking this past month I figured that it was time to post (though apparently I registered on these forums over three years ago—totally forgot I guess).

Anyway, see you guys in the game.

apps really was the best map.

Uub! Apps was the best playing with Horror Unleashed, Blade, Fox Racing, Photogenic man or w/e his name was, Alusanova, Wordlife, Eldawg, Cynder, etc! I've always been a noob, never got good cause i played on a computer from 96 and crap connection lol -_- I was one of the guys with a shinner and no triple star until blade introduced me to the forums and started helping me out. Finally got a silver cup nearing the end of the battlefield days, i think on my best day i was 23 in apps :\
