Ok WiKiDz will end up fading out if we dont make a change or find out the real reason why people are staying away from us....

I want to know what the people really think about us as a whole....

Where did we go wrong and what can we do to fix it.

Now i dont want this thread turning out to be a flame but i want you guys to tell me exactly what it is and how it is.

I am still new to all of this and still dont know any of you propperly...

Anyways what we have done....

Removed people from the team that may have caused a big issue with respect and loyalty.
Made some new rules,

You know what fuck it just tell me... Why people are just not interested in us? I am confused to why as i think that when we do play we spend most our time laughing so that means we are having fun....

Ill be looking forward to be reading your posts please keep this as clean as you can at the end of the day this needs to be resolved and i cant try and resolve something im unaware off.

Feel free to point out exactly why, I am guessing a lot of it will be aimed at me. I will not take it to heart or argue back. Get it off your chest.

I also wonder why a new team was created with 1 member of wikidz and some others we invited to join before they set up. I do want honesty in this topic. I don't care what is said and how bad it makes one of us or the whole team sound we do need to fix this problem. Right now it's just a duo, kenny posted that he will play some tonight so today and tonight could be a turning point.

I've seen you guys from the start and I good friends with most of the current members and many of the former members as well. Here's my take:

Issues that you guys have taken care of: having members that play questionably (Medallion, Vig Sent, Daddylegit, etc.)
You guys have cleaned up your roster though and I think your current group is pretty solid.

Another thing that has bothered me: cupping each others tanks (what's his name and Kenny doing the cupping). In the end there isn't really anything wrong with it but I think it gives a false perception about your players. You guys don't think they are good enough to cup themselves so Kenny and what's his name cup them? I know it looks cool when every member has a cup but it doesn't make sense to me. Especially when many of the players Kenny/what's his name cup had their own cups before or preceeded to win cups after. W/e though. Not a biggie I guess.

I don't know about now, but here's what I think hurt you from the beginning:

1. Raiding- Wikidz were by far one of the least fun teams to take raids from. I never saw a small raid and to make matters worse, it was really annoying to have the raid going as follows. Each line is representative of each screen.

6v1
4v1
2v1
2v1
2v1
6v1

You would have people drift away to go do who-knows-what and then gradually make their way back to you to scope you whenever you got low fighting a 2v1. That left 2 options. Keep on taking the raid like you would a 6v1 every screen, regardless of how many had strayed off (i.e. marathon) or try to take it hard every screen and die whenever the rest of the team decided to rejoin the raid. What's worse is you guys had the audacity to call people out for reacting to the shitty raid tactics.

2. Field presence- From what I recall, during the high point of the team, you guys had 5-7 active/semi-active members. Of those, maybe 2 or 3 would come in to take raids. I recall several times the color balance would change, one or two Wikidz would die and you all would fill and quit. Right away. That doesn't exactly build a loyal following.

3. Individuals- I've talked to several of the people who decided to quit the Wikidz. Many of them said that they quit because of a person or people. There were some who quit because of disagreements with team mates and several have told me they wound up being annoyed by Kenny's raging/whining. They mentioned examples of Kenny being OK with some things when he was doing them (see: tournaments and raids), but talking shit and making a big deal out of them when others were the actors. Others just didn't like the general talent of the team and wanted to go play with individuals on a higher level.


That's just my input. See what you can make out of that.

From my experience with kenny he is volatile and explosive. He seems either bi polar schizophrenic. This is mainly speaking from utanks, where he constantly threw a bitch fit whenever me and kyle were 1v1ing in white sands. Even though I took a shitload of raids on my tank and would fight anyone. He would come in and block shots/bitch endlessly/spread lies etc. He's just not a chill person. Definitely not leader material for this game.

Also what's his name needs no mention (Although hes been a hell of alot better lately excluding his constant shit-tier trolls about owning tp or whatever)

Also the theme is lame imo. WiKiD WhaTeVeRz. Simplicity>craziness. if wikids were a level ahead of say aow or comics or whatever, and had better players, I'd still join one of those other teams. Team theme plays a big role in activity imo.

things that can be fixed quite simply apart from the theme i like it, But that is down to personal likes/dislikes.

I have not heard kenny rage and if he spoke to me like a little kid then i wouldnt just sit here and take it either! from what i have heard from him on ts he seems quite cool. I have not got anything bad to say about him either apart from that hes not around much

what's his name has been legit in TP and anything that happened in utanks stays at utanks. simples.

Ok what's his name made a few trolls but he is only trying to be funny and have a laugh. He addmitted it! to try put things right! fair play. He also just said that he will stop the trolling.

The cupping of other team tanks will stop as of now. I already stated that i would cup my own for reasons that i would feel much better about it to do it myself and i understand what you mean about being false etc.

Listen guys we are on the mend and we are coming back with a bang and we are not wanting all this bitching once this is clear to you all our slate should be wiped clean and what ever bad you thought of us please forgive and forget.

Has there been anything good in the last few weeks that you could say about us though.. i mean it cant all be bad.

Stephan, I didn't think people would care about the cups. Consider that stopped. I player must win his own cup now. Cups won for players must be re-cupped.

seb, I don't think we have ever raided with more then 3 of us for the past 2 maybe 3 months now. When we first started we had a bunch of guys who would raid only then quit and not play unless we made them come in. This has all changed. If you are talking about recently then there has only been me, sensationz and sometimes invasionz. We do drift off for a screen or two to re-fill fuels. When it is a purple mob I don't feel the need to be on the target all the time. I just have fun why I play and so does sensationz. When we have some actual wikid only raids I hope to raid you and get your feed back once again. I am pretty sure you are going off when the team was pretty much just starting. Unless you mean the purple raids where there is only me and sensationz in?

That is why I made my post as requested by you. I thought this may of had something to do with why people will not join. I never planned for it to be such a huge thing, it was just something I said to wind somebody up. A few people got wind and suddenly a huge commotion about it. I just played on it a little for some fun.

We never planned on a theme or to make a new team. The plan was when I first spoke to kenny again that we should bring back the wikidz. Hoping some old members would be around and we could be the first team in tankpit and rain over tankpit from the start. The idea was for me to remain secret so I could build myself up some rep after I was stupid enough to come here first on a snake tank. You understand why I would want to do that right sylar? Like I said to you all along. I haven't done anything shady here (apart from these trolls, that's just some fun though) and I will not do anything shady here in the game. If you are on comics then good. I am glad to see you and your bro (I assume) playing the game or on any other tanks for that matter.

So basically, the problems are kennyRAGE, me and kenny winning cups for members and we sneak off during a raid then jump back on target. Easy fixes.

Look at eldawg. Whenever your about to post something think, would eldawg post this? Would eldawg post at all? BOOM.

Too much drama on the forums (even if it is just defending yourself) looks bad on the forums. I remember losing some players I respected a ton on the bfs due to opz v bf drama. I'm not the quietest but I try and pick my spots instead of all out war. Some ut oldies will remember. Also I haven't played tp yet but I probably will if I win a ph.

We already decided this a while ago. We are not going to keep the members off the forum. Its their own choice but I agree. I will be stopping with the forum spamming / trolling. It was just something to do why I was at work with nothing to do. I posted somewhere else that if I put as much time into tp as I do on the forums I would of have easily 1000 hours now lol

Lol, ive known and played with el for a long time. He is awesome. But the thing is, we all arent eldawg. Thats what makes everyone unique in there own way.

This is like Junior High/High School all over again. Everyone is in there own group.

Seriously, AoW is an ok theme, but AoW is about Strategy and Tactics.No where anywhere is Honor,Speed,Bravery etc have anything to do with art of war. Sorry, u can say it does all u want but it doesnt.

well it turns out that everything that was mentioned has been fixed...

The theme is cool i like it! better then most i think and that not because im onit either.

The people on the team are actually really fun people to hang around with. constantly laughing.

We have cleaned up and gained a few new members and should be ready to battle this weekend :D

There is still a few out there that hate us for reasons that should not affect the whole team.

Any issues in the future bring it to the wikids section for us to work it out.

Only if you have solid proof i dont want people picking on silly things to even try make us look like a bunch of cocks!
