This is stupid, you guys get me mad last night so I quit low on you because you tried to raid me when I had 0 radars and low eq, yes I was filling for 5-10mins but the ferrys where blocked in apps, I was using land with no eq and fuel. Then today I decide to come and finally fill my tank so I can take your raids and you ignore my requests to fill again.

Simple let me fill then I will continue to take raids ALL day and night long. You can earn your kill rather than being dicks about it and trying to be cheap and fuck me over, I will continue to quit low on you too on purpose until you guys let me fill up.

Every other player has the decency to let each other fill after a death but not you guys. I actually thought there was no fags in this game until you.

Basically if other players are bored of this shit before its even got started heres a question for you.

You are general, you have low eq but take a raid and die anyway, then the map is super dry and why your filling they try to jump you again, you try to run and fill but your lagging so bad and they ignore your requests to fill. You are going to sit there and just die? Myself I decided to do a wrong thing and quit low on them to piss them off since they pissed me off, and still they will not let me fill. As you all know I take raids all day every day and die easilly so why will they not let me fill to take a raid? They WILL NOT get a kill on my tank if then continue to play like this because I will quit out near death then give the kill to somebody deserving.

Most players have the decency to let others fill, however if they don't it doesn't give you or anyone an excuse to employ any other kind of lame tatics. Just remember that what they did was wrong and move on, or better yet, try to forget about it entirely. Retaliation, or "getting even," is one of the biggest ills of this game. Being submissive is a trait of strength; be stronger and play right even if others aren't.

I do no care about death, take every raid but coming across this kind of n00b tactic from supposedly respectable players was something I had to react to, seems nobody cares, I will see what the out come is when they do it to other people. I have seen others quit from been raided by blues and quit low because they took enough raids, or wasn't full.... I see its fine for them to do it but not me, I get that ok 1 rule for 1 another rule for another. Lock please.

I think back to before most of us had contact with anyone in the community, the rules of the field were to just simply kill. this whole rules and courtesies of the field anymore is starting to get out of hand with whats right and wrong. where as theres some simple truths that everyone should follow to keep the game fun, people take into consideration some little liberties and go back to the whole saying, you give an inch theyll take a mile.

i remember dying back in the day and people would still chase, and some would back off. it all depends on the respect you get during your fights. it just sounds like youre having a temper tantrum over something so small. ive been killed and went to fill and had people on my tail. if you want to avoid it keep teleing and fight back as you fill if they really keep going after you, you die again, oh well, another day.

you forget that no one has to do anything, what rules are really binding you to play how others see fit? these basic guidelines to be a good player were set by people who actually played that way and have trickled down over the years. play how you want but the way you do play will reflect and you will wind up getting flamed and consistently raided with prejudice. cause right now pulling the move of "if i cant have what i want, no one can" will not put you in a good place.

this is why the community really begins to ail the game, too many friends and enemies, you get the whole community with you, you dont have to worry about much, get them against you and be constantly raped in game. when no one had any way to talk to people the opinions were scattered and a true form of respect was really formed on a more playing basis, thats why legends are legends.

Ok, to begin with, your credibility is just a little higher than feces. Anything you spew out of your mouth is immediately contaminated and worthless. Let's get this story out in the open. You take a raid against 3-4 people and die within 5 teles. We give you 25-30 minutes! In this time you where killing okisme nonstop and where moving. I know for a fact you had ER's because it was told that your first death dropped 15.

In 25-30 minutes, you claim you did nothing last night except shoot him. That you where just moving and killing. Well, unfortunately and indubitabley I notice how long you've been here and call you out. This is YOUR FAULT . You deserved to be raided. Stay in and die. I could of easilly just sat in water and fakes with you guys, but I came to land and took so the I don't know where the dis-respect came from.

What ever, somebody lock this topic, come raid me over and over you'll see I am not one of these guys who would lie to go fill for no reason, ask almost anybody in game I have 77deaths, don't care about awards look at my tanks in utanks I have 19 deaths in ws with only 10hours game play. WTF is with this "Be right back" let me fill crap. People taking raids run out of shields and just shout, BE RIGHT BACK and teleport across the map and everyone just lets them do it.

Do you think US marines let a terrorist "refill" his RPG when he runs out of ammunition during a fight. Hell no they blast him. Its the name of the game. Man up.

I can understand letting someone refill radars, but comonnnnn mannnn who actually runs out of radars? I have never run out of radars during a raid...(usually because I die within 5 minutes lol) but thats ^ irrelevant.

Comparing a 2d game to the US Marines is a lil extreme. I say brb but never because I'm out of shields. I've always looked at brb as a respect thing, letting a tank fill after a raid is the least that can be done, especially now since many don't take raids. Fortunately I've only come across tanks that respect brb. N btw i lasted a bit longer than 5 mins and I ran out out of radars twice yesterday to the reds. Thanks hunter, F-2 banshee, viper 202, mrs snicker and the rest of the reds for letting me refill between raids.

this topic is old now, but here's the story about the brb message from my point of view I hope you can all write yours also so we can get to why people are against it and for it.

I started playing in mid - late 2000, I was noob like every1 who starts a game, didn't know about the forums, or that players used AIM. I found a couple of guys msn's when they made tanks in field then ended up coming across forums and AIM etc... and was told from 2000 about ethics and what messages really mean.

be right back was a sign that somebody had shot all there duels and they want to fill back up, if they took a respectable raid then people would let them go fill, they would usually come back and take over and over again until they died or until they had enough. (Now days people expect to shoot singles for a while also or carry on until your out of radars or low)

I played bf/utanks/tankpit for close to 12 years now, have always gone off what I learnt through out the years, why all of a sudden has it changed, yeah ok there are people who played before 2000 who have come back and have no clue about the brb situation so decide not to use it, you should adapt to it. Especially when somebody dies like my situation, I took a raid even if it WAS short lived you should let me fill, especially because I am a guy who takes the raids not like a lot of players here who don't.

There was stages in utanks where people refused to take raids from certain players (snakes) because they used to mob, here the same will probably happen if you don't let people fill up after a death they will not take your raids in the first place.

Also your crying saying I had 25-30mins to fill and was killing another tank, no it was 5-10 mins on a blocked up apps so all eq and fuel was on water and I was shooting singles to kill perf-16 to help him get his battle honour why I filled up. I was one of the guys who didn't sit on the very few ferrys that was unblocked, I came to land and took your raid therefore I would like a little bit of time to fill up. If it wasn't dry yeah ok 5-10mins would of been more than enough but when I ended up with no radars or equipment after my death and searching for 5-10mins finding only 4-5 boxes in that time frame I deserve a little more time.

Alright, I wouldn't have any problem with the BRB situation, but anyone I fight or help raid on over uses it to a extreme. I mean I literally shoot them maybe 6 times and they teleport and say brb, And well, if your 2-3 tanking someone, if you continue to let them fill shields AS SOON as they run out, they have a unlimited amount of shields with respect to your fight...and well, there never going to die. This is basically them quitting low.

This ethics crap is...well a bunch of crap. I have fought maybeeeee 5 players who actually fight back, will get low, and not qlow or teleport all the time, And when I do get these fights, a group of scavenger, unethical players come and bother us. All of these scavenger players are colonels,majors too that even try to raid a lieu. Its pretty sad.

Man all im asking for is a lil legit 1 vs 1 or 1vs 2 :D were did all that go? Back in the day I could remember 2 colonels fighting and if you tried to help one of the colonels he would tell you to buzz off.

But then again solo kills are almost impossible in this game if your fighting someone experienced.
