Technically speedhack could be fixed 100%. The server would need to time everyone's moves and force players to wait for all the movements on their screen before submitting their next move. I've already suggested this but it's probably put off because of the large amount of work involved. There's no evidence that SH exists so far and hopefully it will stay that way. :)
