The majority of the original roster was around for a good 4 months after I joined. I fought beside all these guys. You and Matt quit for whatever reason and mike picked up Darryle, Tugg and about 15 others.

TwIzTiD - F-15 Eagle
carnage - F-14 Tomcat
Meandean - F-101 Voodoo
ALLSTAR41 - F-8 Crusader
Kuniva - F-117 Nighthawk
SoMeBoDy - F-16 Falcon
Zenta - F-104 Starfighter
Master of Disaster - ?
Nighthawk - ?

I thought Kuniva and Disco Fever were the same person. Also I don't remember Matt's jet very well nor do I remember Nighthawk's tank.

I say the original jetz because someone brought up the other day the crazy hoo-rah that happened, that was the funnest time period for me in BF ever...When the IQ's broke up, then the liqours came and we had the jetz, then carnage VS SR started.

I guess its not worth making a thread like the team section since the roster lists are still on the team site. Thanks

This thread brought back so many memories. Raiding with the original jets was a lot of fun. I specifically remember Mike telling me I had to get test raided and win a cup. I took 5 raids on dial up and passed the test and when I got cable at school I started my tournament play. I had never played a tournament before and three tournaments later I had bronze. It took me about 10 tournaments to win 3 more cups.

I thought it was weird that you and Matt quit after I started, I thought it was because of me haha.

el i remember for a little bit i was talking to carnage with no faith in you because of the old apps days but he cosigned you, i dont think thats why we left though. i honestly dont know why we did.

Would be cool to have a thread where the guys like crusher, sr, draco, el etc. Made one big post to show who all was on all the major desert teams and there awards. OPz, Jets, USS, Constellations, Aliens, Juices etc.

Haha, probably because I was still a nOOb...literally.

You stopped playing apps when I started to get decent. It took me about 200 or so hours. My transition into raid taking mode actually came in rocks watching Brian destroy raids and I thought to myself "I wanna play like that!" You and Matt should have stuck around a while longer ;). I had 3 deaths on Blackbird when I got :shiny:

, never backing down from raids either.

im 100% i made the first site lol.

tbh i shouldve taken part of co-leader due to me leading raids every time. but i didnt have the rep to do so, so i just stuck to doin it in our chat.

i remember my first ever time playing desert. carnage was taking a NASTY raid from alot of tanks all colors.(this was before dtt was in circulation) i was kinda shocked some1 could stand and deliver even when largely outnumbered. I talked to him on aim all the time and flatter him. mike was such a good guy. Mike(carnage) will always be my fav player.
