I think Nameless has improved a ton since he started and he continues to get better. And we all help each other improve. It's not like we are all Hays's students or something. We can all learn from each other.

its all about the team leaders picking and choosing who they know can do better and they work with them, of course as a team effort. My team helps me create players who become better than most at aspects of this game.

Bush has pre tele down to a science.

Everything is a team effort when it comes to shaping a player.

honestly. It matters little about how much someone can teach anyone anything. It all matters on that player that is being taught.

Like kenny said. We push members to purposly take raids, to practice pre tele even if it means us missing out on a kill because they get it wrong. It's all about improvement. The members we have right now are a brilliant example. Not once have we had to say: stop driving, mine, we don't have to tell people to go take raids. I can get online and bush will just call 'mob' I go in to see him the lone purple with a map full of blue and red. Every1 knows what to do and when to do it and we have all become good friends due to it. Take some of that hateful things myself or kenny say and work on them instead of always trying to defend what we say. You know things come across as rage posts but really it's just frustration that people won't listen lol
